Grunge-Pop rockers Halfwait have premiered the video for latest single, ‘Without You’, along with thier new EP, Forever via (




Mastering the familiar stylings of your favourite 90s pop-rockers like Blink and Green Day, the Sydney trio apply a new twist with their precise melodies and anthemic choruses with their latest release. They released ‘Fly Away’ in December, the first single released from Forever followed up with a music video to go with the track.






Originally formed in 2010 by high school friends Jon Barca and Chris Tallon, Halftwait made a name for themselves appearing regularly at venues such as The Sandringham Hotel, The Annandale, The Landsdowne, Bald-Faced Stag, and The SFX.


In 2011, they self released their first EP One Life One Chance with first single ‘The Ride’ and were soon receiving airplay on Radar Radio and SWR FM. Their follow-up singles 'Reasons' and 'In Between' were released in 2012 through Foghorn Records.


Following a two year hiatus, Halfwait, resumed in late 2014, adding Nath Stalenberg to the line-up as bassist, and  breathing new life into the pop-rock outfit.

In early 2016, Halfwait began recording their second EP, Forever, at Electric Sun Studios with Stevie Knight and Dave Petrovic producing.
