The A&R Department’s Artist Development Package is designed to help you find and define your identity as an artist and fulfill your potential as a songwriter. We help you build a solid foundation to work from and give you the tools to continue to develop as an artist.
Once you’ve written some great songs, we’ll team you up with the right producer for your project and help you get your music recorded and ready for release. For the DIY recording artists, we oversee the artistic direction of the project and give feedback on all aspects of the recording.
